The Understanding Math Program programs instruction and learning
for k-3 grades in both English and Spanish. The program provides over 270 lessons that are sequenced to build conceptual understanding
from the concrete to the abstract. The program addresses the five concept selections as identified by NCTM: Counting, Operations,
Comparing and Ordering, Pace Value and Problem Solving. The program provides student tracking as well as tests based on skills.
The UMATH Program for grades 3 to high schools, provides a variety of conceptual
models for students of all ability levels. The UMATH Program's flexibility allows teachers to target an entire class,
individual students or groups of students based on RTI. The Math Strands include: Algebra, Exponents, Equations, Fractions,
Measurement and Geometry, Whole Numbers and Integers, Graphing, Percent and Probability.

Learning uses researched-based methodology and curriculum to teach English the way a person would
naturally acquire a new language. Starting with basic phonics instruction, learners progress through vocabulary, grammar,
pronunciation and writing lessons, each one building on skills acquired from previous lessons.
