academic intervention programs.
Ascend Math - Ascend provides individualized math instruction for struggling math students, elementary
through high school. Struggling math students need instruction not just practice. Great for an RTI Math Solution! Ascend identifies
the math objectives students would struggle with or fail if they were to take the TAKS test.
Reading Plus - Reading Plus improves reading proficiency by focusing on silent reading skills, fluency, vocabulary
development and comprehension. Over 250 Texas schools use Reading Plus for Tier II and Tier III students.
My Reading Coach - MRC helps struggling readers, non-readers, ESL, and Special Education students with
the NCLB guidelines, from phonemic awareness through comprehension.
TIPS and Hints for Teachers - The Southwest Education Staff provides TIPS and HINTS for teachers using our programs. This
is part of our on-going support to success!
